OmniX Search ("the Service") is an internal enterprise search and AI assistant application operated by Nakayama Holdings Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") for authorized employees and members of our organization. This policy explains what information the Service handles and how it is protected.
Information is used only to provide search results, AI-assisted answers, and related features; to secure the Service and restrict access to authorized users; and to diagnose problems and improve reliability. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
AI chat and search requests are processed by language models hosted on our own internal servers. Your prompts and documents are not sent to external AI providers and are not used to train third-party models.
All data is stored on infrastructure operated within our corporate network. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties, except where required by law. Authentication is delegated to Microsoft Entra ID, which is governed by Microsoft's own privacy terms.
Account and usage data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by company policy and applicable law. Uploaded content can be deleted by its owner from within the Service; remaining data is removed when an account is deprovisioned.
Access to the Service requires organizational sign-in. Administrative functions are restricted to designated administrators. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting the administrator listed below or via the in-app Contact Us page.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the effective date shown above.

OmniX Search（以下「本サービス」）は、株式会社 中山ホールディングス（以下「当社」）が、当社の認可された従業員および関係者向けに運営する社内向け検索・AIアシスタントアプリケーションです。本ポリシーは、本サービスが取り扱う情報とその保護方法について説明します。
収集した情報は、検索結果やAIによる回答等の機能提供、認可されたユーザーへのアクセス制限によるサービスの保護、および問題の診断・信頼性向上のためにのみ使用します。広告、プロファイリング、第三者への販売には一切使用しません。
AIチャットおよび検索リクエストは、当社の社内サーバー上でホストされる言語モデルによって処理されます。入力内容や文書が外部のAIプロバイダーに送信されることはなく、第三者のモデルの学習に使用されることもありません。
すべてのデータは当社の社内ネットワーク内のインフラに保管されます。法令で義務付けられる場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に販売・貸与・共有することはありません。認証はMicrosoft Entra IDに委任されており、Microsoftのプライバシー条項が適用されます。
アカウント情報および利用データは、上記の目的の達成に必要な期間、または社内規程・適用法令で求められる期間に限り保持します。アップロードしたコンテンツは本サービス内から所有者が削除でき、アカウントの廃止時に残りのデータも削除されます。
本サービスの利用には組織アカウントでのサインインが必要です。管理機能は指定された管理者のみに制限されています。通信はHTTPS/TLSで保護されています。

本ポリシーは随時更新されることがあります。最新版は常に本URLで公開され、上部に発効日を記載します。
